Fanfare In B is exactly what it says it is-a great grade 1 fanfare in B major! Rhythms (eighth notes only, no syncopation), ranges (clarinets stay below the break), and orchestration are kept achievable for first year players while teaching them some of their other notes, all in package that sounds exciting and fresh. A great opener or closer for your next concert!
In Motion is all about, well, motion! Your string players get to play a relentless pulse and melody while accompanied by your winds and percussion. Very achievable, and a great introduction to D major!

Reflessione Dolce translates from Italian as “Sweet Reflections”. It is the imaginings of past loves lost, and the times that made them such sweet memories. This wonderful ballad is written to take advantage of a particularly good middle school cello and violin section, and designed to develop fluidity and sensitivity as well as demonstrative, romantic phrase shaping. A great addition for your next concert.
Give your beginning or second year bass clarinetists and baritone saxophone players a chance to shine! Snakes In The Hallway is a duet for those two instruments and your band as they chase each other in B flat minor. Everything is very playable in the duet and accompaniment parts, and it’s a great opportunity for instruments that aren’t always featured to take the lead.
Tango Jose Moises is an unusual duet inspired by a pair of good friends from the composer’s school who had both won lead seats in the Norwalk-La Mirada (California) District Middle School Honor Band: Jose on tuba and Moises on clarinet. This humorous tango was written so they could publicly celebrate their achievement and display their skills at their final middle school concert
